SHIPPING INFORMATION

• What are the shipping costs? The shipping costs are calculated per country and can be seen at check out.
• How fast will my shipment be shipped? Orders are shipped by Bpost and will be delivered between 2-5 business days (Belgium and the Netherlands) and between 2-14 business days (international shipments).
• Which countries do we ship to? Belgium, Netherlands, France, Germany, Ireland, United Kingdom, Poland, Czech Republic, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland

RETURNS

• How can I return? If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days after receiving your shipment. Send an email to info @stafjesenstrikjes.be with your reason for return, your name, address, name of the product you want to return and your order number. I will provide you with the return address. The product must be returned in the same condition, undamaged and unopened. Pack the product back in a waterproof packaging, this should not be the original packaging and send it back to us. Please note, return costs are for the customer. If the returned package is received by us, only the purchase price will be refunded. This may take a few days before this refund is processed.

EXCHANGE

• The fastest way to exchange a product is to return it. Once this return is processed, you can make a new purchase.

DAMAGE TO MY PRODUCT

• Received a damaged product? Please let us know as soon as possible if your product arrived damaged. We will then look as soon as possible how we can solve this.

FORGOT TO ORDER SOMETHING?

• Unfortunately, after confirming your order, you can no longer add it. Feel free to make a new order!

PICK UP YOUR ORDER PHYSICALLY?

• Staffs and bows is only an online store. You can only have your order shipped. There is no physical pick-up point.
